How to get to the apartments by public transport
From Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos" (~1h30min)
  1. After exiting the terminal, head towards the train station, following the signs that say 'Trains'.
  2. You need to board the M3-line train, heading towards ΔΗΜΟΤΙΚΟ ΘΕΑΤΡΟ.
  3. You need to ride the train for 16 stops until you reach the station Syntagma.
  4. Upon arriving at the station Syntagma, you need to exit the station and proceed along Othonos street for one block, and you will see bus stop for the bus №40 heading towards ΠΕΙΡΑΙΑΣ (Piraeus).
  5. You need to ride the bus for 15 stops until you reach the bus stop Κ.Ε.Α.Τ. ΠΡ. ΟΙΚΟΣ ΤΥΦΛΩΝ.
  6. Upon arriving at the bus stop Κ.Ε.Α.Τ. ΠΡ. ΟΙΚΟΣ ΤΥΦΛΩΝ:
  • Head southeast toward Leof. El. Venizelou/Thiseos,
  • Turn right onto Leof. El. Venizelou/Thiseos
  • Turn left onto Ilektras
From Stathmos Larisis - Central Train Station (~30min).
  1. After exiting the train station, head towards the metro station.
  2. You need to board the M2-line train, heading towards ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΟ.
  3. You need to ride the train for 6 stops until you reach the station Συγγρού - Φιξ.
  4. Upon arriving at the station Συγγρού - Φιξ, you need to exit the station and change to bus №40 heading towards ΠΕΙΡΑΙΑΣ (Piraeus).
  5. You need to ride the bus for 12 stops until you reach the bus stop Κ.Ε.Α.Τ. ΠΡ. ΟΙΚΟΣ ΤΥΦΛΩΝ.
  6. Upon arriving at the bus stop Κ.Ε.Α.Τ. ΠΡ. ΟΙΚΟΣ ΤΥΦΛΩΝ:
  • Head southeast toward Leof. El. Venizelou/Thiseos,
  • Turn right onto Leof. El. Venizelou/Thiseos
  • Turn left onto Ilektras
From seaport Piraeus (~30min).
  1. After disembarking from the maritime transport, proceed to the bus stop and take bus 218 heading towards ΣΤ. ΔΑΦΝΗ
  2. You need to ride for 4 stops until you reach the station Benizelou.
  3. Change to bus №40 heading towards ΣΥΝΤΑΓΜΑ
  4. You need to ride for 12 stops until you reach the station Κ.Ε.Α.Τ. ΠΡ. ΟΙΚΟΣ ΤΥΦΛΩΝ.
  5. Upon arriving at the bus stop Κ.Ε.Α.Τ. ΠΡ. ΟΙΚΟΣ ΤΥΦΛΩΝ:
  • Head southeast toward Leof. El. Venizelou/Thiseos,
  • Turn right onto Leof. El. Venizelou/Thiseos
  • Turn left onto Ilektras
By Taxi
You can use taxi app "FREENOW" and "UBER" or get taxi from board.
ETA:
  • From Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos" ~ 45 min.
  • From Stathmos Larisis - Central Train Station ~ 15 min.
  • From seaport Piraeus ~ 15 min.

In the apartment prohibited

  • Smoking (inc. electronic cigarettes and vapes).
  • Parties.
  • Make noise during the period from 23:00-7:00.
  • Accommodation of persons not specified in the pre-arrival form.
  • Keeping home appliances and air conditioners ON while you are away.
  • Taking towels to the beach and use them as beach towels.
  • Staining the bed linens with sun protection products. In case of such an incident, an additional fee will be charged.
Parking
  • The apartments do not have a private parking place.
  • You can park your car in any available space at the free municipal parking lot.
Garbage
The garbage containers are located less than 100 meters to the right.
